Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.   The house will be ready for you from 2 pm and we ask you to depart by about 10 am.   Rental prices include bed linen, towels, gas, electricity, logs and water charges. (You will need to bring swim towels).

Bookings can be made by letter enclosing 25% deposit.  Please call/email firstly to confirm dates are available.      We will then confirm your booking.  The final payment is due 4 weeks before the start  of the holiday.   A separate cheque for 100 pounds Sterling is required at this time as security against damages, breakages and telephone calls.   This will be refunded, provided there is no damage.   We will post the keys to you on receipt of your final payment

The house is for 6-8 people.  The maximum number of people (including children) at any one time is 8.    There are 3 large bedrooms : the ground floor bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower.  The second bedroom has a double bed.  The third bedroom has a double bed, plus two single beds and a baby’s cot if required.   There is a second shower room.
